1. Boiled Corn Kernels – 1 Cup
2. Chopped Red Capsicum – 1/2 Cup
3. Chopped Green Capsicum – 1/2 Cup
4. Chopped Tomato – 2 nos
5. Sliced Spring Onion – 4 Spoon
1. Lemon Juice – from 3 nos
2. Olive Oil – 4 Spoon
3. Pepper Powder – To taste
4. Mustard Paste – 1 Spoon
5. Salt to taste
6. Coriander leaves or Mint leaves
1. In a big mixing bowl, mix the items from Set I.
2. Then add Set II items one by one add mix it well.
3. Decorate with Coriander or Mint Leaves
You can serve it now, no need to heat or cook.
